Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure. The ideal candidate will work closely with development, QA, and IT teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, improve system reliability, and support cloud-based applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues
- Implement best practices for reliability, scalability, and security
- Collaborate with development teams to improve release processes
- Maintain documentation for systems and processes
- Support production and non-production environments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Systems Engineering roles
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong Linux/Unix administration skills
- Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python, or similar)
- Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM)
- Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
- Knowledge of security best practices and DevSecOps principles
- Experience supporting high-availability and production systems
- Exposure to microservices architectures
