About the Role

We’re seeking a Sales Development & Marketing Coordinator who will play a key role in driving brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and providing administrative support to our leadership team. This hybrid position blends marketing creativity, client engagement, and organizational support — ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential sales leads through online tools, CRM systems, and outbound outreach.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and company leadership.
  • Maintain and update lead and prospect databases.
  • Support the sales process by preparing presentations, follow-up emails, and client materials.

Marketing & Brand Awareness

  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Assist in digital media creation — including graphics, short videos, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns and digital advertisements.
  • Develop and post engaging content to promote brand awareness and highlight company initiatives.
  • Monitor marketing analytics and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative assistance to the CEO and management team.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with correspondence and documentation.
  • Support internal communications and assist with project coordination and follow-ups.
  • Help maintain organized digital filing systems and records.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or administrative coordination.
  • Strong understanding of social media management and digital content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft 365, and online collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities effectively.

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B or IT services environments.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of lead generation strategies or digital advertising.
  • Previous experience supporting an executive or sales team.
